For those travel suppliers who cannot take part in the roadshow personally, a targeted brochure distribution to reach the audience is possible, organized by TTG Italia on behalf of the exhibitor.

The brochures must be delivered by the exhibitor to each roadshow location. Each attending travel agents will be given a  plastic bag with the exhibitor brochures by the TTG Staff at the TTG Reception desk on arrival. Fee applies.

Delivery costs and custom duties (if any) are at exhibitor's charge. This formula also grants the list of the visitors to update the mailing lists (.xls format) and visibility during the promotional activities, before and during the roadshow.
